What ThingBloom offers

ThingBloom allows you to create and edit images, generate 3D models, prepare files and consult the manufacturing of a physical part. The generation is done by artificial intelligence systems and may require adjustments. Preview appearance does not equate to certification of strength, fit or suitability for special applications.

Account and responsible use

You need to sign in to an account to start generations. You are responsible for your registration information, protecting your credentials, and actions taken with your API keys. Only send content that you are authorized to use and do not use the service to violate the rights of third parties or applicable legislation.

Subscriptions and credits

The values ​​and costs of each operation are in plans and in the interface before the corresponding action. 3D generation requires active subscription and sufficient balance. Premium, Ultra and Studio use the same generation quality, with different credit volumes.

Monthly credits renew each subscription period and expire at the end of that period. Credits purchased in extra packs do not expire and do not replace the subscription required to generate 3D. Manufacturing and shipping are not included in the plan. A failed attempt does not authorize a new paid generation without controlling service credits.

The checkout must show total, currency, taxes, frequency and renewal conditions before confirmation. Canceling the renewal avoids new periods; access for the period already contracted follows the conditions shown in the account and payment.

Files and manufacturing

An active subscription allows you to download the files made available in your projects. The STL contains geometry; Color and preparation data depend on the format and result. Compatibility with printers, slicers and external materials depends on the characteristics of these equipment.

The price of the physical part depends on the revision, size, material, colors, quantity and destination. Changing these characteristics may require a new quote. The purchase is only confirmed after the final price has been presented and authorized; generating a model or consulting a price does not place a print order.

Content rights

You retain the rights you already have to the material you submit. The use of brands, characters, images of people or works of third parties depends on applicable authorizations. Artificial intelligence results may not be exclusive. Commercial use must also respect the rights of third parties and the conditions of the services involved.

We use your content to perform the service and provide support, in accordance with Privacy Policy. Your projects do not automatically enter the public gallery.

Cancellations, issues and legal rights

You can request support, correct problems, cancel or exercise applicable rights by contacting the person responsible. None of these conditions eliminate mandatory consumer rights.

In the European Union, digital services and personalized products may have specific opt-out rules. Any start of execution that depends on express consent and recognition must be presented before purchase, without assuming that the simple use of this page removes your rights. Availability and changes

Jobs may be queued or dependent on the availability of external services. The platform seeks to recover outages and preserve existing results. Relevant changes to plans and conditions must be informed before they affect a new period or purchase.
